Application
Seton's female slotter blades are used in conjunction with male slotter blades to slot carton board, three-layer honeycomb board, five-layer honeycomb board, and seven-layer honeycomb board on the printing slotting machine.

Material introduction
The female slotter blades can choose 9CrSi, 9Mn2V, SKD-11 and other materials. The heat treatment hardness are HRC57-59, HRC59~61, HRC 60~62 respectively. According to the thickness of customers' slotting cardboard and slotting frequency, different materials are selected.

• Heat treatment for Wire EDM hole ensures the precision of hole position.
• The parallelism is within 0.003mm, and matched with male slotter blades, the femal slotter blades can reach better cutting quality requirements.

Customization
The outer diameter of the female slotter blades is generally customized as 90mm-450mm. According to customers' drawings and samples, the custom production can be carried out.
